Terms and Conditions

This page contains the terms & conditions.  Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting.  You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.  

1. Payment: Payment is due prior to installation.  Paypal, Venmo and Cash App are currently the only acceptable forms of payment at this time.  

2. Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of deliver, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid.  Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery are subject to not receive a refund. 

3.  Expedited Orders:  Expedited or Same Day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions.

• Based on available inventory
• Same day orders are not guaranteed
• Express Fee may apply
• Order will be refunded if we are not able to complete the order.

4. Refund Policy:  We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.  We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submissions.  We will not refund payment if we are denied access to a gated community or given the wrong address.  We will not refund payment if animals prevent the display from being installed. 

5. Please turn off sprinkler systems and notify any yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.  

6. Please refrain from decorating the yard greetings in any way.  Balloons and other items added may damage the signs. 

7. All signs are property of Spellabrate Signs.  Any damage, destruction or tampering with the signs are prohibited.  Signs should not be moved without consent from Spellabrate Sign owner.  You are responsible for replacement of damaged graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.  Full payment for any damaged product will be enforced. 

8. Inclement Weather: We will not be able to deliver your Spellabrate Signs greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down.  In the event of prohibitive or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.  

9. We may place a sign with our company information in your yard.  This sign is unobtrusive and lets neighbors know where/how to request additional information.  Please do not move or hide the company sign.  

10. Spellabrate Signs reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.  If an order is declined a full refund will be issued.
